I was happy with the service I got. It's always a bit of a gamble with the phone you get, but returns here are free. I had a problem with my original phone (something was damaged), and they sent me a new one very quickly (upon return). They sent me a higher quality model so I was happy. I tested the battery and can confirm that it is over 90% (paid for this tier). If you don't want any damage to the phone get the higher tier as there are only 3. You pay for what you get, but overall I am happy and I recommend this service.

Did not receive the product quality and condition, which was promised. paid extra for a good condition phone which did not match the online description.

the phone came in physically great condition. a tiny mark is all the evidence it was pre-owned. it’s been a few weeks and i’m genuinely very happy with the product. it’s a big upgrade from my last phone! however, battery health has been a bit of a problem. i will likely have to fix of my own accord, time and finances. for now ill have to buy a portable charger. i don’t believe this is a problem of mobile federation’s phone quality but a misjudgement in the rating system for a “excellent condition” phone. so i am a little disappointed about that.
