Excellent as usual. The only place to buy refurbished iPhones. Delivery was a little longer 5 days instead oh 3.

Overall a happy experience. 1 star was knocked off due to the item being labelled as Excellent, which the definition includes "very minimal signs of use, and some micro scratches on the screen and/or rear", but my device had quite significant scratches in the bottom right corner visible even 1 meter away. Another small gripe was that the previous owner did not deregister the product fully (although I could still sign into my Samsung account on the phone). I kept the rest of the stars because they refunded me instantly once I raised the issue, and the device otherwise worked perfectly (battery health was >80%). Would buy from them again.
