awesome great finally a company still making a ton of money but making it affordable, so easy to say your company so there making a few less million compared to other company's but yes there still rich great concept

The shipping was HORRIBLE and that's COMPLETELY ON FEDEX! FedEx blamed Mint Mobile for using the wrong address! I checked and Mint Mobile and Minternet WERE addressed correctly. . . IT was FedEx that changed my address to one THEY preferred delivering both SIM and Minternet to the wrong address. Add to that my SIM card originally went to Louisiana instead of Mississippi and then to the wrong address. YES I had words with my local FedEx and my 2 day shipments took 4 days for Minternet and 10 days for my SIM card. The actual Mint Mobile and Minternet products are all they were advertised to be. Setup, activation, and linking the two was a breeze, I couldn't be any more satisfied.

Switched from AT&T after they raised my bill without permission to give me more hotspot (I don’t even use that!). Looked at cheaper plans, and they said that if I switched to a cheaper plan my trade in would be worth less??? As if my phone is somehow worse now just because I needed to pay them less money? Decided to switch to a company that talks to me like a human instead of just a wallet. I was worried about switching because I never had any issues with AT&T in my area, but honestly I barely notice a difference besides how much cheaper Mint is. I get 3 months for cheaper than the price I was paying for 1. I love the way Mint advertises and how much more fun and youthful their voice is. Only problem I have had at all is when I had my Sim Card shipped it went a week before updating me to tell me it was shipped, but it got here all the same and activation was super simple.

I am impressed with the price of my phone service and with the signal strength I get on my phone now.

Why do I only have an offer of $50 for 3 months with 15GB of data, while my colleague, who applied around the same time as me, got $200 for 12 months with unlimited data? We are both new users. Why is there such a big difference? I'm planning to switch to US Mobile later — can they offer me a deal like that?
