Very helpful, even with the many issues I had. I brought my phone from China when I moved back to the states, and Mint Mobile is one of the few carriers who have service for Chinese (OnePlus) phones.

Customer service has been pretty good. Much better than Verizon for sure, but I wish the coverage was better. I hope that changes moving forward because we hope to stay with Mint. Verizon's customer service is terrible. Like the WORST EVER!! It's unfortunate because we live in a remote area and don't really have a choice and wanted to give Mint a try. You can't beat the price, so we are limping along with the so-so coverage because we hate Verizon's customer service. We love underdogs too. Go Mint!

The activation process is smooth and easy to do. But the network sometimes is not very fast as it suggested.

I have 4 lines, two activations with real SIM and two with eSIM. The activation with eSIM was challenging, and we had to call the support line to get them activated.

Mint has been great. I have had no connection or lag issues. Love it!
