I bought for 12 mo. Plan, no monthly payment to worry about. T-Mobile was charging me a senior discount of $68 a month!! My son had this plan and changed me over to you from T-Mobile. I have never once had to contact you in the entire year as I am about to renew in May. Great service, I've had no call ever drop.

Do it!! If you are on the fence about switching, I'm here to tell you: do it! The coverage is excellent, the transfer was easy, and the price is unbeatable! I was with a "big" name company for over 10 years and I now pay half the price for equal or better coverage. I wish I had switched sooner!

Not what I expected. Connection slower compared to previous Provider, and data bundle running down with some sort of speed, but no expected faster connection.

I would recommend anyone (with their personal phone) who wants to save money for great service to convert today.

We got our phone and 12 month service very quickly, it was fairly easy to set everything up with help from customer service. We haven't had any issues so far.

So far our service has been great! Haven't had any dead spots and even works at our parents house where other carriers have not worked
