Mint is the best cellular provider I've used—hands down. I've tried Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Visible, and now Mint. **Verizon** has excellent call quality, but its data speeds and coverage are slightly behind T-Mobile in my experience. **AT&T**. . . well, sorry AT&T, but both the phone calls and internet were disappointing. **T-Mobile** has the fastest data speeds and the best coverage overall, although I did experience occasional dropped calls. Now for the fun part. The biggest problem with **Verizon** isn't even the network—it's actually becoming a customer. The port-in process feels like an obstacle course. They seem to want your SSN, driver's license, passport, DNA sample, your firstborn, and about a thousand other things before they'll let you in. 😄 On top of that, getting someone to actually help can be a challenge. That's certainly one way to discourage new customers. **T-Mobile** isn't much better on the customer service side. They've had their share of legal controversies, billing complaints, and frustrating customer experiences. My own port-in experience wasn't exactly smooth either. **AT&T**. . . let's just say I haven't found a single area where they impressed me. **Visible**, on the other hand, deserves some credit. They're honestly excellent and probably Mint's closest competitor. The app-based port-in process is smooth, the prices are competitive, and you get Verizon's network. Even so, I still think **Mint comes out on top**. Everything just feels a little better. Switching was incredibly easy, the app is fantastic, the promotional pricing is hard to beat, and every interaction I've had with customer support has been outstanding. My only suggestion would be to reward long-term loyal customers a little more. I'd love to see existing customers receive some of the same great deals that new customers get. Keep up the great work, Mint!
