I used to have a different provider and my son encouraged me to get mint mobile saying much cheaper and better internet connection. It was sure. Once in a while yhere was slow connection but I prefer mint mobile than my previous provider. Thank you!

It does the thing

They gave step by step instructions on how to switch over. It was so easy.

I had a difficult time getting her Mint mobile on, since Tracphone had her phone locked. It's kind of fun now since the goal was for her to have the Merlin bird app. I'll be getting her set up with video chats soon.

Very happy! Ting was awful and switching over took forever but it wasn't Mint's fault. Mint's customer service and tech assistance was fabulous.
