Received my order promptly and well packaged. Satisfied with my order.

Great packaging and quick shipping!

Excellent customer service!

The service at Min & Mon is wonderful. Ai’ve chatted with two different sales people at the shop in SOHO and they were very helpful in helping me make my decision. Since purchasing that bag I’ve been back to purchase two more items! Starting my own little collection!

Fast shipping and quality products

Pleasant experience from start to finish.

These are just excellent socks. They’re a good thickness and look great; they come in little bags that make them a good gift, too!

Super fast shipping, even though it was during peak season for freight and it came from South America! Came in perfect shape as well, delivery was smooth.

Great You gave me what I purchased from you

The item was just as described, and delivery was timely

SO SO SO HAPPY!!!!!! I'm so happy I found this wallet! Great craftsmanship, perfect size, I'm in love. <3

This is so cute and well made, I bought it for a gift.

Happy mountains is so far my favorite design

I’m a heavy user, Min & Mon fan from hell since 2017 when I first saw your charms. Now that I’m a mom and have a little to many bags & wallets I’ll save them for my girls

Always a pleasure

I love this purse design so much and it was very high quality. I gifted it to my girlfriend and she adores it. They’re also very responsive and helpful in terms of customer service unlike many other companies. I was very happy with the quality of the purchase experience overall!

Quick and transparent customer service, lovely products!

Shipping was delayed as it was held up in Florida. I was not surprised. Give yourself plenty of time to receive. This was totally out of Min & Mon’s hands. Recently Fed Ex has been very disappointing with their updates and service.

I am never disappointed by anything I ordered from this company. And the box they send it in is so freaking cute.

Keep doing the BOGO 50% off! I can’t wait to get more bags. Easy to order & my shipment arrived quickly
