I visited the store while in NY FMfor the holidays. The salesperson was wonderful and very helpful.

The sales rep was very friendly, and helpful. They were busy in the pop up but he was calm and not pushy at all, talking and joking with me and my friends.

Great shipping and great customer service! When there was an issue with my shipping details, I was contacted right away to update my information and rectify the situation. I really appreciated how quickly I recieved email responses despite the correspondence taking place during chaotic holiday season. (I myself missed the initial email for that very reason). Overall, I had a very positive experience, and hope to buy again in the near future!
