The slightly slower shipping is worth the wait. I didn’t have any issue getting my orders but it did take a few weeks. But the quality is stellar and I adore the designs so I don’t mind the delayed gratification at all.

Im addicted

There was a rather long delay in shipping and communication was slow but the customer service is great and the product is fabulous. Will definitely be buying a 4th bag in the future

Great little cardholder with beautiful color and embroidery! High quality and fits my needs perfectly. Shipping was delayed due to high volume ordering post holiday but once the process was started, I received it quickly.

Well made!!! Very warm. I love the graphic

The team was very responsive to issue… and resolved promptly.

Always SUPERB and BEAUTIFUL!!!!!🐈‍⬛

I visited the store while in NY FMfor the holidays. The salesperson was wonderful and very helpful.

The sales rep was very friendly, and helpful. They were busy in the pop up but he was calm and not pushy at all, talking and joking with me and my friends.

Prompt shipping, great wrapping and cool box!! I love this company!

Great shipping and great customer service! When there was an issue with my shipping details, I was contacted right away to update my information and rectify the situation. I really appreciated how quickly I recieved email responses despite the correspondence taking place during chaotic holiday season. (I myself missed the initial email for that very reason). Overall, I had a very positive experience, and hope to buy again in the near future!

Obsessed with this company!

Such an amazing company. I always have a wonderful experience either online or in store.

Got the gifts in time for xmas. 🙏🙏🙏
