Min & Mon went above and beyond when I reached out regarding the shipping issues I was experiencing. They kept in communication and let me know that they were doing all they could to resolve my issue. They reached out to the shipping company to figure everything out and let me know that they would make it right. After resolving the issue my purchase was delivered to my door within a few days. I would definitely order from them again!

The product itself is amazing. The shipping took much longer than expected, but so many variables to consider while rating the shipping experience.

The slightly slower shipping is worth the wait. I didn’t have any issue getting my orders but it did take a few weeks. But the quality is stellar and I adore the designs so I don’t mind the delayed gratification at all.
