Shipping was delayed as it was held up in Florida. I was not surprised. Give yourself plenty of time to receive. This was totally out of Min & Mon’s hands. Recently Fed Ex has been very disappointing with their updates and service.

I had an issue with a previous order, where the package was lost for a long period and then finally arrived crushed, with missing items and random red sauce all over everything. Since the issue was moreso on the carrier’s end, Min&Mon were initially slow to reply / keep me in the loop about steps they were taking on their end and what/when to expect resolution. They more than fixed the issue in the end, however, by refunding my purchase and offering a future discount. I took the chance and placed a second order. Everything went smoothly the second time around and the craftsmanship of the items I received is really impressive. I’ll definitely be back!

Love the presentation and every detail is mind blowing. It was so well presented I almost didn’t unwrap it because I felt like something this great should be gifted rather than kept. Luckily sanity returned and now it’s all mine mwahahahahaa!
