The whole benefit of this product is the ability for it to function in various modes by taking it apart and rebuilding. This is very difficult. By way of example it took me an hour to remove the upright T bar handle because the locking clip was very very difficult to retract. In the end I had to use a knife. Customers services none existent. Such a shame we were looking forward to having it for our 2 year old.
