Overall a great experience

Bought as a christmas gift for my granddaughter so I am unable to comment on the quality however following my research I expect to be very pleased with the whole item.

It was terrible. I was completely dismissed and no attempt at resolution made. They went so far as to tell me the people doing the picking must have opened the screws in the package and removed one and that is why the nuts to the screws did not match and the bag was torn open.

I had a slight issue over my delivery address but a quick email to customer service resolved it and they couldn't have been more helpful! As for the scooter, well its a Christmas present and still in the box (easier to store from prying eyes!) but it looks beautiful and I'm sure our daughter will love it! Thank you :0)
