The product arrived very quickly after an easy ordering process. I can't comment on the product yet as it is a Christmas present. My grandson has the micro scooter which is Fabulous and he loves it. The bike will be a lovely surprise for his Christmas.

Great scooters - we have bough 6 over the years.

The company is great - nothing but praise for them - however they are let down by their delivery partner who I watched just toss the boxed scooter over the 7” gate. Unacceptable. Naturally they asked me for a review themselves but have failed to respond to the photo of the damaged box sat on the path, very much in contrast to the photo of a smiling courier handing the parcel to a happy customer which they use in their email asking me for the review. Hopeless.
