Absolutely obsessed with these Gina Striped Ribbed Crop Tanks. The fit is incredibly flattering — fitted without feeling restrictive — and the ribbed fabric feels high quality and substantial. I find it very frustrating to not be able to speak to a human. Although my emails were answered promptly, even they were AI. I wish that they had information to share about the poplin fabric, rather than "we don't know".

I love the clothing. Have been buying for YEARS. This is the 1st time, I’ve had to return an item and at this point, I don’t think I’ll ever see my money returned. The process to “return” the item was straightforward and easy. However, it’s now been 4 1/2 weeks since I received notification that my item was received. I’ve reached out several times and continue to get automated emails repeating the same info that it takes 3-5 business days. No phone number to call or human to communicate with. Definitely didn’t expect this hassle to return an item.
