Absolutely Horrible. The product is perfect and I would have written a glowing 5 * review but I ordered two of these shirts and only received one. I immediately contacted customer service via email (they do not answer the phone and have no live chat). They auto-email reply said that they would respond as soon as possible and asked that I only send one email. At that time, the product page said the item was still in stock. It did not say low stock or anything. I waited. . . and waited. . . and waited. I tried leaving a voicemail. No reply. So I contacted them again, this time via the online contact form explaining that I had not yet received a response. I heard back very quickly this time. They gave no explanation for why it took so long to reply. They simply told me I would receive a refund as the item is seemingly out of stock now as it has been a week since I originally contacted them. This is ridiculous. I want the shirt that I ordered and I am very, very angry.

Beautiful sweater. Versatile for work and going out. Cashmere is high quality. Customer service is amazing. The medium size range a bit big for me and they exchanged it for a small very quickly.
