I purchased the Poloma tank in several colors. They were all great except the black. The black one shrunk two inches in length and is now unwearable. Since I washed it I can't return. Because of this I won't be purchasing anymore. Too expensive to risk shrinking that much. Not the quality they used to be.

I've been purchasing clothing from Michael Stars for over 30 years. My purchases have been staples in my wardrobe. In the last few years, my favorite fabrics and styles have slowly been eliminated. . . shine turtlenecks (OS) in beautiful colors, shine ribbed turtlenecks (OS) in stunning colors, cotton thermals (OS) in all kinds of colors, and other styles in shine and cotton fabric. I have been looking for a navy turtleneck for a couple of years and since shine is no longer available, I decided to go ahead and purchase the Jolene (OS) in Nocturnal. I was so excited to receive it, but when it arrived, it looked like it would fit a 10-year-old. First of all, there are no sleeve or total length dimensions in the online description of the garment. The turtleneck is obviously cropped, as it is not long enough to tuck in. Second, the pic of the turtleneck on the model covers at least half of her back side, but her size and dimensions are not listed. She must be teeny. For reference, I am 5'9, 140 pounds and curvy/athletic build. I tried to call customer service to see if I either purchased the wrong item or the wrong item was sent, but there's no customer service phone number anymore. . . only a link to send an email. I returned the turtleneck and I am done shopping with Michael Stars. . . . I love that their items are made in the US, the style and longevity used to be second to none, but the quality, service and selection has gone too far down hill. So, so sad.
