Great Price and fast delivery

Excellent ordering and supplying of parts

HP Colour Laser printer purchased from MediaForm missing/supplied without toners and delivered by Direct Freight Express who have zero skill and ability in how to deliver printers. But they're pretty good at bouncing a printer down stairs and the absolute best at not being able to use a trolley. The printer was delivered on the 13th June 2024 and still no action has been taken PLUS I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF THE PRINTER DELIVERED "SMASHED" ON THE 22ND MAY 2024.

I got the product quickly, but MediaForm would not answer my question as to when I would be getting delivery (3 emails sent requesting this information)

False advertising of a faulty printer. This company sold a printer which does not work.
