False advertising of a faulty printer. This company sold a printer which does not work.

Item sent had missing part. The flap meant to be attached to the printer for the paper is missing in the unit you sent.( see attached photia) Without it, the output papers will fall all over the floor . Without it, the output papers will fall all over the floor!
