I ordered and paid for my purchase on the website on 17/3/26 and it is now 25/3/26 and no product is ready to be picked up!!! I have made 2 calls and my order number has apparently been duplicated with another client in Melbourne, even though I am in Brisbane. Thank goodness my existing ink cartridges are still working.

Response was quick to ship out

Excellent support and quick transport of product. Impressed with professional sales and service.
