While I haven't extensively used the print cartridges I purchased from MediaForm, they are genuine (HP LaserJet) and work as expected. Print cartridges for laserjet printers are quite high but MediaForm had the best prices I could find and the delivery was super quick - within 2 days! I would definitely go back.

Perfect process

The only thing I would have liked is a shipping notification. I received my original order confirmation on 17th April then heard nothing until I emailed on 22nd April to ask for a status. Got a reply on the 23rd to say I would get a delivery notifcation soon, then got no notification, it just turned up a week or so later while I was overseas. Thankfully the delivery person put it undercover in a safe place.
