It took 2,5 weeks to get the toner. The toner was faulty. It took a while until a technician arrived and got the proof. He was not allowed to take the faulty toner with him so that I can get another one. nearly three weeks later, he was allowed to come back and took the faulty toner. Now, I am waiting to get a new toner. Will it come in September??
