Tricky to get Blue tooth working. Not sure about warranty as keyboard package says the warranty is for Brazil

You sent me in with box and not match with your advertising you are not being honest

It took 2,5 weeks to get the toner. The toner was faulty. It took a while until a technician arrived and got the proof. He was not allowed to take the faulty toner with him so that I can get another one. nearly three weeks later, he was allowed to come back and took the faulty toner. Now, I am waiting to get a new toner. Will it come in September??

The drum is excellent and solved my ghosting issues with my MFP 179 printer. The purchase and the pickup went very smoothly, and I thank the Media Form team for their professional support. I always purchase my printing accessories from MediaForm and have always been happy with all the products.
