It took a week for my machine to be delivered. That’s slow but I didn’t need it in a hurry anyway.

The product arrived promptly with frequent updates to keep me informed of the state of the delivery, and the filter was easy to install in my dehumidifier

I had heard good things about the company regarding dehumidifiers. Their fans did NOT disappoint Streamlined design, exceptional air flow and almost no discernible noise at lower fan levels. I bought both this unit and the plugged in version. I especially appreciate the remote control
