These people are great and a very honest company. I ordered the wrong parts. I called and they confirmed they were the wrong parts. They found the correct parts and seemed happy to say they were half the cost compared to the ones I ordered. They immediately refunded the difference and shipped an hour later. Thank you guys!!!!

Shipping cost estimate should be just that. As it stands, your flat rate is too high for small shipments. I welcomed the 7% off incentive code to finalize placing my order, however making it after several days the order is placed is dis appointing. Your prices and service is fine.

Parts great service but unfortunately when I saw my CC billing it said Horne Nissan and I thought I had fraud on my account so canceled by credit card and disputed the charge as I did not recognize the charge. Only later did I realize Mazda Parts was actually Horne Mazda so I called the CC company and told them the charge was legitimate.
