Ordering was fast and easy, the price was competitive, and part arrived reasonably promptly. If there is anything that could be improved it would be to speed up the processing, which delayed shipping several days.

Purchased some replacement body parts for our CX-90. Appreciated the savings compared local dealer. Shipping is expensive. Communication was lacking - after initial email, there was zero communication for a week. (It was over Christmas) Then they sent a bunch of texts informing that my order was shipping - which continued days after i received the parts.

Fast

The part was easy to find and order. But the problem has been the shipping method. I ordered the part on 11/30/25 and I am still waiting. According to the tracking it is somewhere between facilities. A more efficient form of shipping that does not take two (+/-) weeks to deliver might want to be explored.
