Really helpful…was able to order a 3+ month back ordered part from Japan and got it to me within a month.

The parts were all packed well to keep them from getting damaged. The web portal did not show the updated status. I paid for Expedited shipping. I called in because I wanted to know when my parts would arrive. There was one part showing pending, like it had to be ordered. When the rep checked the part was had arrived at their location. The rep was very professional. He got the ordered shipped out the day I called. I wanted to give them 4. 5 stars, but there was no selections for a half star. I would Definitely order from them again.

Placed two orders for my new-to-me Mazda so far and have had great experiences for both. I changed my mind on the first order and they managed to catch it before shipping but struggled with their system to issue the refund. They worked with me to resolve it and were diligent and professional throughout. I placed a second order a couple of weeks later: shipped fast, packed well, and all the parts were correct.
