Turn signal lights do not have the standard Mazda bulb sockets so they don't fit the pigtails for a 2014 Mazda 3. Delivery was on time.

Experience was excellent. Parts guy who worked with me over the phone was very help and patient trying to locate the parts I needed for my 2003 MPV. Compared Mazda parts illustrations with my actual parts. I believe I found what I need and am awaiting to receive parts. Many parts were no longer available thru Mazda, so some are used and others are compatible. I finally got the correct p/n for a left driver side door lock actuator. Awaiting for the OEM equivalent Standards part to arrive. Happy with the new Mazda window regulator for rmy passenger right side sliding door. Will always go to Horne Mazda first!

I ordered two parts. I got a call that I only need one. I asked which one I need - and they didn't know. There was only one available, despite what the website said, and so I asked "Send me that one. " That took two phone conversations. It wasn't the right part, but it worked out OK. Honestly, I can't tell you what's going on with this site. I placed the order, I had to argue on the phone in favor of the order, and it still wasn't right. I can't work it out. Seems like ordering a part should be simple, shouldn't require multiple orders, and seems like the parts should be clear. I don't know why a simple part has been so difficult to track down. But it has been. I'm not impressed. Not even a little bit.
