I ordered a part on line and got a call to confirm the order. I was told it would be up to six weeks before I got the part. I received the part a week and a half later.

The genuine Mazda outside mirror I needed was in stock, delivered quickly, and much less expensive than the local Mazda dealer. It fit perfectly and the color was an exact match.

The lighting kit works quite well. It gives some ambient light in the front footwells of the CX5. I find that lighting in this area is very necessary at night since the ambient lighting in the CX5 is not all that good. I would recommend this kit with installation by an experienced Mazda tech.

I will always order from here simply because of the customer service. I ordered the wrong part for my vehicle but because I entered my vin number I received a call telling me I was not charged because that part will not work on my Mazda. They made sure I was getting the correct part and they were extremely helpful.

Needed a replacement OEM gas cap. Horne was 30% cheaper than MSRP and almost 70% cheaper than another East Valley Mazda dealer for the same part. Pickup (AFTER I was rudely told to back up from the Service lane and go park near the street) was very fast. Emails were lacking. Horne, their address, phone and hours weren't listed anywhere on the 2 emails I received. No info on where to pickup once at the dealership. There's also nothing in between those emails. No status updates at all except ordered and ready. Cap fit perfectly so if order from them again.

Ordering was fast and easy, the price was competitive, and part arrived reasonably promptly. If there is anything that could be improved it would be to speed up the processing, which delayed shipping several days.
