Everything was smooth and I loved the communication every step of the way.

Unfortunately my bed was damaged during transit and I contact Customer Service promptly and they in-turn responded promptly offering to replace the damage part in the box. I never once had to contact them to follow up. Excellent, excellent customer service and we love the new bed.
