The bed seems to be made of good solid wood and feels pretty sturdy. The instructions were incorrect in a couple of spots and I had to take apart parts of the bed and put them back together. Overall, I’m happy.

Not bad but not great

Wonderful product and easy to put together.

Delivery was quick, the bed was as advertised and my child and I are very happy.

I’ve been looking at these bunkbeds for years . My daughter started school and needed her own space so we finally caved and bought a bunkbed so I can completely revamp the girls room . Received the mattresses and storage drawers and more days passed and FedEx was withholding packages . Once I finally received another package I realized I was still missing a package, instructions and hardware. FedEx withheld my packages for over a week and when I would track it everyday it’d show out for delivery and would never come due to (no attempt to deliver). Finally I contacted customer service and that experience was great and she informed me that I was missing an entire package. Finally Monday came and I did receive the missing package . In that package was a bent support bar and still zero hardware. Yet again emailing back and forth about the missing items. I assembled my storage drawers at-least but was still waiting for pieces when I wanted this room completed at the beginning of the month of sept. Hardware finally showed up today sept 30th thankfully and now tomorrow I’ll be able to assemble the bunkbed and decorate their princess room. Customer service was fantastic but the package mishaps really have me debating on going elsewhere for when I redo my sons bedroom because I will need another bunkbed and this hassle was not that great. Looking forward to having their room complete and I’ll add a picture when it’s done.

Great smooth ordering process and excellent quality furniture.

Gorgeous beds, easy to assemble, a bit of a smell when they got there, but went away after a day or two. Beds are light as well, so easy to move to make the bed. Satisfied!!

Everything about the purchase went smoothly. It arrived on time and as described. The outer packaging was completely beat up, but it was packed so well on the inside that nothing was damaged or missing.

The bed is overall good for the price. There is a significant and noticeable knick in one of the rails, the slats rattle loudly with bed movement, and one of the top bunk rails does not seat flush into the post.

The furniture is great quality. The installer said it was 100% real wood and you never see that any more.

Shipping was fast!

Everything was very smooth from purchase, to shipping, to install. My husband put the beds together without any issues.

Great bunk bed. Solid construction. However, the ladder and bed access is on the opposite side of what is shown in the picture. If that matters it matters.

Shipping and delivery was very quick. The products were packaged well and came out of the box with no flaws. The instructions were very easy to follow along. The only issue I have is that the trundle doesn’t open and close well with a mattress underneath. I don’t even have a thick mattress. I had to put very thick felt pads under the main bed legs to raise it up. Otherwise, great product.

Shipping is as fine. No problems.

Bed is very cute and was easy to put together, however two pieces broke while we were constructing the bed. We repaired with wood glue.

The instructions were very good, a caveman could have figured it out and then did 😀. It seems to be sturdy and the tools supplied work great. There was a cracked sideboard and I contacted customer service and they answered swiftly, but I’m not sure what to come ,because it was the top bunk rail that is on hold. The wooden plugs ran a little small on some holes. Will be happy once the side board is replaced.

My son has become obsessed with his new loft bed! It is very sturdy and solid! I love the dark color I chose and looks just like the picture! Shipping was very quick! It did take awhile to put together due to there being a lot of pieces. Would definitely recommend to others!

Video assembly guides would be helpful.

Super cute and well made.
