We've recently moved and one of the two beds we had from Max&Lily broke during transport (moving company issue, not integrity of product). We quickly ordered another bed and accidentally put in our old shipping address. I emailed the support team immediately and they resolved my mistake with kindness and grace. Shipping was fast and customer service was friendly.

The best! Our new bad came quickly and was super easy to put together with clear and well drawn illustrations. You when you're unsure of which way the drawing wants you to keep the product? Well, not these! They're super helpful and easy to use. The bed is quality construction and my toddler absolutely loves it! The quality this bed provides at an amazing price is top notch!

The bunks took a bit of time to put together but the directions were overall pretty straightforward. The quality seems great, we’ve been using them for about 2 weeks now. The kids love them and they seem sturdy enough to last for years!

I wish there more options for add-on accessories or railing to the beds

No complaints, have recommended the furniture to multiple people. The bed and nightstand shipped faster than expected! We did not need customer service.
