Great purchasing experience!
Alison is extremely responsive and helpful throughout the purchasing process. Great no hassle price too! I’ve yet to receive the massage chair but will update once received on the setup / install, and my first impressions of the Human Touch Novo XT.

Osaki Pro Alpina or Osaki Pro Maxim???
Let me first just say Alison was great to work with and a great resource in choosing the right chair for me!!! I was undecided whether to choose the Osaki Pro Maxim or the upgraded model, the Pro Alpina. I was fortunate to try both chairs in person. My build is about 5'8" 185 lbs if that helps. I won't say much about the Maxim as it is a solid chair and there are many good reviews on the chair. The differences between the Alpina and Maxim are exterior looks, 1" smaller in the seat area, and heart rate sensors in each arm air bag. In my opinion, the appearance of the Alpina is a more luxurious looking chair compared to the Maxim. The exterior panels are all finished in a smooth synthetic leather surface with wood looking trim. The Maxim has a faux carbon fiber look/pattern to it on the exterior panels. (Black and brown models, but not sure about the beige) As far as the smaller seat pad, it was not really noticeably to me so I cannot comment. Perhaps the seat air bags would be more intense, or the chair might fit a more petite person better. The back pad on the Alpina adds another level of luxury with the embossed honey comb pattern. Both chairs share the same auto programs and air bag intensity, with the Alpina having an additional ache sensor program. Hardware wise, the Alpina has a heart rate sensor at the end of each arm airbag which is not removable. I was not able to fully test the sensor to see if it actually worked. I was told on how it works is that it will measure your heart rate while looking for spikes/changes in heart rate when getting a massage. When the massage rollers and airbags massage a certain area of your body, and you feel pain, your heart rate will change slightly and the sensor will detect this. The chair will respond automatically and decrease the intensity in that area. (Not sure if it is the speed of the roller and/or a decrease in airbag intensity/pressure) It sounds like a good idea, but personally I like a more intense massage to t...
