Hi-It can make one a little nervous to purchase online what I believe is a good size investment for a lot of people. But Massage Chair Wellness was a pleasure to deal with. They patiently explained the details on the many massage chairs they have and with my expressed needs, they helped me decide what would be the ideal choice, which for me was the Human Touch Novo XT. There were no high pressure sales tactics and they ultimately wanted a happy customer. The massage chair came quickly and I have been extremely happy with its performance and quality. I have this chair which is used daily. It has been great. Never had a hiccup!

I have a back full of bone spurs, arthritis, herniated disks, spondylosis, stenosis. Had neck surgery and the Dr wants me to have 2 more surgeries. I am avoiding that be swimming and using the massage chair. My 82 yr old cousin loves it too. So much cheaper in the long run than human masseuse. My pmt plan costs $105 per month human masseuse costs $60 per session. I do chair 2X per day so if I went to masseuse would cost $120 per day or $3600per month. Chair is worth having Thanks.

I've been shopping chairs for a few months prior to buying here. I really appreciated their experience with so many models and brands - there's no best chair for everyone so selection and experience matters. Beyond that price was great, purchase and financing easy.

This chair gives me a lot of relief. I have it set up near my TV, and enjoy watching the news in it as it runs through a 30 minute manual or pre-programmed program.

Very happy with the purchase of the Kagra I now feel so much better after using the Kagra. It did take sometime to get the chair delivered but Massage Chair Wellness made it right! I would highly recommend them for your purchase. I will say do your research and try out multiple chairs their not all the same. So far I love this chair and have had it now for a couple weeks.

I bought the Osaki First Class chair back in December and I am in it every day! I had made an appointment with Allison to try our chairs and the first thing she did was to ask what I wanted it for most! She then directed me to a few different chairs and had me try them out. She was very knowledgeable about the functions of each chair and never once tried to encourage me to buy the most expensive chair! It was all about what I needed and then about what felt best for my body! Highly recommend meeting with Allison and trying chairs out before you buy!
