We are so in love with this chair and use it daily. We've noticed a decrease in general aches and pains as well as improved overall well being. During the ordering and shipping process, Alison was always available to take my questions and was super helpful, making everything very easy. My parents ended up getting one too!

My wife and I tried the OS-Pro First Class when we visited Alison at the Massage Chair Wellness, Inc. showroom in Hampton, NH. This was the newest model in her showroom. We also tried the OS-Pro Maestro, Luraco i7 Plus and Osaki OS-Pro Ekon. We were looking for deep tissue massage, with excellent neck & shoulders, glute massage, stretch. We spent about 2 hours deciding which chair to purchase. The Showroom sale on the First Class, made it the easy decision. And, we love it. We love the look. It was awkward to move - because there were no handles to grab on the chair. Definitely recommend 2 people to unpack and carry into the house. We love the remote control, it is so easy to use. The massage is deep - I love that I can pause the rollers in one spot, and let the rollers work out my knots. It also features a knee massage - none of the other chairs had that. The heat on the back is penetrating. We really love our massage chair. We received our Ekon a few weeks ago, and I have to say, we love it. So hard to buy something site unseen, but the chair is stunning. Pictures do not do it justice. Alison, you indicated that the Ekon was a very high quality massage chair, and it is readily apparent when you scrutinize it up close. We did the installation ourselves to save money, and it was relatively straight forward. My husband and son were able together, to place the chair in our 2nd floor room and then put it together. The things I love about this chair starts off with the foot massage, and the calf kneading. Amazing feature. The foot massage was so important, as I am a pharmacist, and am on my feet all day. I get so much relief. It used to be painful taking my first steps in the morning, but my chair sessions have made such a different. Honestly, we love everything about the chair. The airbags, the deep tissue you can get. I love the way it digs in to my neck and shoulders. We have 2 athletic boys, and we are all using the massage chair regularly. It has really made a difference in our overall health. Thank you.

Very nice polite, took the time to help me find the right chair for my needs. Being a very large purchase i needed to make sure i was getting the right chair I love it and use it as i need it. I will never be without one again. My back issues are not as serious as they were one 15 min session in my chair and I'm good as gold. My back problems are not a daily issue anymore. I did a lot of research before choosing the Luraco i7, but what sealed the deal for me was a thoughtful 30-minute conversation with Alison, who gave incredible additional insight and help during every step of the purchasing and delivery process. You can't do better than the 1-2 punch of Alison and Luraco.

This review is just as much for the vendor, Massage Care Wellness, as for the chair itself. I had been investigating the massage chair options for several months and had decided on a particular chair based off of research and reviews. Not the best way to do it but I did not think there were any dealers in New England that carried multiple brands so I resolved myself to do the best research I could and buy based on the research. I discovered Massage Care Wellness and that they were located in New England. I sent an inquiry to see if they had any open box or demo chair of the model I wanted. The owner, Alison, responded that they had a demo unit of the chair I wanted and gave me a really great price on it. Now this is where is I am most impressed with Massage Care Wellness and Alison. So she already had the sale in their pocket. There was no need to do any further work. However, Alison invited me to her showroom in NH and to try out several other chairs that were also demo units for sale just to be sure that the one I picked would really work for me. She spent several hours with me and showed me several different chairs that worked well for me with my particular pain issues. I was impressed with her knowledge of each of the chairs considering the complexity of these high quality chairs. They carry all of the major brands and she has many of the models on display. On to the chair. One thing that is impossible to find in your research for a massage / therapy chair is what each chair feels like. 3d in one chair can be a totally different experience in another. It really is important to try each of the chairs to see what works well for you. The problem for most of us is that there are not too many stores that carry a range of these chairs to try out. So far, I really like the i7 chair. It does many things well and only a few things mediocre. Allison got me a great price and answered numerous questions that I had with frequent phone calls concerning questions that I had. I bought an Xfinity Riage chair and extended warranty, and I really like it.

I bought the Osaki Maxim Pro massage chair last Christmas. The chair is pretty good and arrived in good condition. It was little bit late and may be due to holiday season. Alison was very helpful throughout the process
