Product excellent but delivery time takes longer than I would expect

I live in Ireland and I always get excellent service and delivery from Masai. Great selection of colours and sizes. And always beautifully packed with care in great boxes. Returns, which I rarely have are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Was very disappointed with Shipping.Recieved an email from you which was in a foreign language ,(German I think)which I presume was in regarding delivery. I emailed you about same and you acknowledged the email but didn't answer my query.Also didn't like the amount of unnecessary plastic wrapping used in packaging.

Wrong item sent. Another time the wrong size was sent. Not happy with substitutes if that’s what they were. Very annoying having to pay for return postage on items I didn’t order.

Package, Service, and selection were all fine. I'm a regular customer and very loyal to the brand.

These have to be the most comfortable bottoms I’ve ever purchased. Great quality and fast service.

I buy most of my clothes on Masai online but find that there is too much brown in the Autumn collection and I would like more tops/tunics with 78cms length. So I won’t be buying anything for a while.

I ordered a gilet and was told it would be deliver in 5/ 7 days, I emailed to ask if that was guaranteed as I wanted it for a specific occasion. Yes. 7 days passed and it still hadn’t arrived,It took 10 days. I was most disappointed.,
