Ordered dress 17/4/24 not delivered. Same Dress ordered again 7/5/24 and DHL tracking number is not working again. Tried ringing customer service but no answer. Sent email again no answer. I am not very pleased

Love Masai designs, fabrics, cut, quality, style. Have been a customer for years. But I won’t be ordering again as it cost me €22 to return item (from Ireland) that did not fit. And that’s just too much to pay for returns

Very disappointed coat was huge and not an accurate sizing on the website. When I tried to exchange for a smaller size I was told the offer was ended. I had to pay the return postage and then bizarrely was offered a 10% discount on any further purchase which I will not be making!

Was notified that it was shipped and payment was taken. I then got notification that they were accepting my return. I hadn’t even received the purchase. I did get credited to my bank account after some time. This is the second time that this has happened to me with Masai. When I questioned what had gone wrong, I got a discount voucher code, but that did not work when I tried it so I didn’t reorder the item.

As Always my shopping experience was fantastic and I actually bought a gift for my friend and now she loves what Masai stands for and the beautiful clothes to choose from.

I love the dress but would have preferred If the under slip came with the dress
