Hi There I returned my order to you on 12/2/24 as the dress didn’t fit - have you received it yet.? When can I expect my refund

Delighted with my purchase

X

Everything went very smoothly.

Nice neat fit

Fabuulous dress Image on site doesn't do it justice

Was notified that it was shipped and payment was taken. I then got notification that they were accepting my return. I hadn’t even received the purchase. I did get credited to my bank account after some time. This is the second time that this has happened to me with Masai. When I questioned what had gone wrong, I got a discount voucher code, but that did not work when I tried it so I didn’t reorder the item.

As Always my shopping experience was fantastic and I actually bought a gift for my friend and now she loves what Masai stands for and the beautiful clothes to choose from.

I love the dress but would have preferred If the under slip came with the dress

I'm very pleased with my purchase and the delivery. Thank you. The dresses are lovely, good quality and wash very well.

Absolutely beautiful. Great service

Excellent service, all in order on delivery.

I placed my lovely order , so easy . Package arrived on time , & I was very pleased with my Masai garment, a beautiful on trend sweater for Autumn Winter ‘23,24! ❤️🎈

It was effortless, no problems, beautifully packaged, thank you, Ann Crowley

Very good quality

Love the style the fit the quality and great service

I like Masai clothes. The only issue with my last order was the inordinately long delivery time. Had to follow up on several occasions and was convinced my package had been lost en route. However it did finally arrive.

Excellent service ,Very fast shipping to Ireland .No extra custom charges. Quality clothing with unique fabric and styles.

I loved my outfit.

Clothes were a really bad fit. Was costing €30 to send back so clothes were given to Charity. Will never buy again
