The parcel arrived within a week which is good as I live in Ireland. The shorts fit well and are good quality.

Shopping with Masai clothing which I love was super efficient. Received my package in a few days.

Delighted with purchase of shirt. True to size and delivered reasonably quickly. Well packaged.

Three of the four garments were of the high standard I have come to expect of your products but the blue tunic was faulty. The top of the right sleeve had been caught into the shoulder seam. I needed it in a hurry so I mended it as best I could and used it.

Fast shipping, order well packaged and items as beautiful as expected! Thank you!

Selection Is good and website easy to use. Like the fact that you get a good idea of fit. Don’t like how expensive returns are from Ireland.

Very satisfactory. Items arrived on time and an expected.

Great quality

Delighted with service and with the gila tunic. Have bought similar last year in different colours.

Masai best clothes

I love Masai but it took nearly 3 weeks and a slew of emails to get delivery, which was disappointing.

Beautiful trousers delighted with them

Very satisfying experience

As expected the items were all excellent quality although I returned 2 of the 3 due to the fit. I would be inclined to purchase online again if Masai used sustainable packaging and offered free returns.

Very efficient

Great trousers, arrived quickly and excellent communication about delivery . I’m delighted with these, exactly as described. They are too long so I had to get shortened. Please start offering clothes in short regular and long length.

Good

Smart and elegant!

Really pleased with my purchase and prompt delivery. Thanks

Quality and range is excellent but the cost of returns is far too high and puts me off purchasing again.
