My dress arrived scrunched up in a plastic bag and was so creased it was unwearable

Great style and quality but sadly customer service lets Matsai down . I ordered a coat online , loved it, but wished to exchange for a smaller size . I was externally disappointed and frustrated that Masai do not offer a size exchange service as part of their returns policy. Sorry Masai but I won’t be using your online order service again.

I love the colour but was disappointed with the overall shape and quality of the material. The material rapidly became ‘bobbly’. It’s not a jumper I would wear out.
