Problem ordering outside the UK - the website does not seem to allow ordering from different locations within Europe. My account set up in the UK only allows ordering/delivery to the UK. We now live in france with the same UK email but I can no longer order from Masai, seems a shame, I can only send to my daughter in the UK

Shipping and service were great . The trousers are very thin material and creased badly. Lost completely lost their shape not a great look. As I have worn them am unable to return, will wear at home . So disappointed.

Really pleased with jacket. Perfect fit. Quality. I was unclear about the 10% discount as I thought I’d completed the criteria at the beginning of of the process but didn’t receive it in the end. Also, I added a payment for tracking but was unable to track package until the day of delivery. !

Fabric dreadful 5% shrinkage which unless checking the washing instructions I’d never have been aware of Style and cut great but I’d never keep with the dreadful fabric
