They deliver quickly & with Royal Mail plus they do not charge you for that delivery & they supply paid return labels. I have stopped ordering from Sahara clothing due to the opposite policy with their delivery & returns. Love Masai

Delivered within 2 days of ordering. Unfortunately I had to return it but it came with a pre paid postage label, great joy! Return also dealt with speedily. All in all it was a 100% trouble free purchase from start to finish. A rare occurrence these days. Thank you Masai.

Easy and swift ordering and delivery

I bought 2 pairs recently, L and XL. The side seems on both are uneven and twist to the front of the leg so that the zip moves to the front of the leg. I will try to return them but cannot find my order or invoice. Very stressed.

I purchased two dresses - I love the style of these dresses and their versatility as dresses and throw overs for trousers - lovely material and classic simple style - would definitely recommend - I’m a 12/14 but order XS as I’m petite in size.
