Love the colour and comfort of this smart/casual top. Great quality and value with the reduction.

I love these jackets. But am unhappy about one aspect. I ordered a jacket in the summer and paid for postage they sent the wrong size. Despite me logging a complaint I didn’t ever get a reply. At the very least I would have expected postage to be refunded. I was wary ordering again and this time it was fine. But maybe improve your service by replying.

Very speedy shipping. I returned this jacket as the colour wasn’t quite right for me. Easy to return.

I loved the dress as it was simple and elegant

I like Masai very much. Their parcel deliveries are very quick and returns are so easy also. I dont like having to return purchases, but I think most pieces are more for taller women. Their designs are so modern and figure enhancing, so I always think I will give things a try snd I have purchased several tops that have worked for me even at 5ft 2inches..!!

Great company - really good quality clothing and good customer service.

Lovely jacket quality

I ordered two tunic tops from the online sale shop while on holiday in Yorkshire. I didn't expect them to arrive until I got home. Wrong! They were delivered to my home a couple of days after I placed the order. I opened the parcel on arriving home. The tunics were beautifully wrapped individually in tissue paper . They are excellent quality, as always

Lovely company, and deliveries are always quick!

Fast delivery

I needed a plain black top suitable for choir performances - this fits the bill very well

I am a petit lady of a certain age but even an extra small was far too big
