Overall the course is good so far. I do like the multiple lecture options, audio, ppt, text. I do think adding a recorded live video option would enhance many portions of the course. My preference would have been a live in person, but times did not work for me…. . so some recorded video options of live instruction would liven up the class. Completely on line, while the content is good can get boring.

So far I have found it to be a very thorough and comprehensive study program which is easy to follow and understand.

Easily understandable

I purchased the OUPV 6 Pack course. The material was very good. I appreciated the fact that I good use on multiple devices, any time any place. BUT when it was time to take the exams that’s when the frustration and doubt set it. I spent 3 hours attempting to download the lock down browser. After speaking to 4 different employees at customer support and tech services and 3 different computers I finally got it to work. One employee actually told me to go to a public library to take the exams. At this point I was so exhausted and frustrated, I decided to wait to take the final exams. I’m not a happy customer at the moment.

The program is deliberately designed for success. It became obvious the program layout and prerequisites for going to the next step are a proven formula. It was able to be completed in a few months, with passing results. Customer service was excellent, always reaching a real person and quick return emails.

Course was a little slow and drawn out. The 30-60 second modules get monotonous.

Everything worked great, had one discrepency that MLS clarified through a telephone conversation.
