I have used Mariners Learning for both my certifications. The process from start to finish was efficient and very effective for me passing both exams on the first and only attempt. Clear instructions, clear information, and helpful resources. I used the audio recordings to help engrain information that was hard for me to learn using it for hours on end while driving.
