This is an amazing product and so well engineered and built.

Awesome product so far! Works seamlessly to lower our TV to a reasonable viewing height and raise it back above the mantel and out of the way when we're not watching TV. Very glad we went with the recess box and professional installation.

Installed above fireplace. . . the recess box allows minimal distance from the wall.

I love being able to watch tv at eye level and no longer looking up. Could use better directions on mounting the soundbar to the tv mount.

The instructor wanted a wall-mounted TV, AND wanted to preserve access to a blackboard. The MM700A allowed us to do both: install a 75", flat panel TV at the front of the classroom, PLUS retain almost full use of the pre-existing blackboard! Exactly the product we needed!

Love how sturdy and safe it feels when operating the mount. It’s awesome to be able to lower the level for watching.

This is a great mount and works perfectly for our needs. Smooth operation, easier to use than I expected. Our order arrived quickly and the online tool was great for pre-determining if my tv would fit in the space i had for it.

It works great! I had to customize the insulation due to the location I used so that took extra time. But once I secured the mount, and made adjustments, working "like a charm".

The mount is just what we were looking for. Allows for great TV viewing for everyone on the sectional.

I was worried at first because our application was right on the edge of the worksheet acceptable range. However it went up perfectly and looks great. We installed into cinderblock/brick facade and the instructions were thorough, it even told you what size masonry bit to get. Would recommend.

Love it! I had it mounted over the fireplace and can now adjust it up/down and left/right so that overhead light glare is eliminate. During the day when the sunlight through the window causes glare I can adjust the height and angle to get rid of the glare.

A well designed drop down mount! I used mine in my garage on a 70” tv. Wanted it mounted high on the wall to keep it out of the way but also drop it down to watch at a better angle. Worked perfectly

Love my new MantelMount! I’ve recommended to my friends and family, I would love to share any discount codes with them. The only thing I’d ask for MM to change is to update the video install instructions, the paper instructions included were way better - generally the opposite exists in my experience.

If you’re getting the motorized drop down unit. I highly recommend the recess box, our the when closed is now only 4 inches from wall…. Looks much better.
