It’s awesome. We use it on our patio and it gives us a lot of viewing flexibility. In addition we can easily lower it so we can put the cover on then raise it so we can free up the counter space.

I am very pleased with the MM540. I have a 77 in LG mounted above my fireplace. I needed a mount that would bring down the tv to a viewing angle and this is the mount to get. Top notch design and build quality.

Love the motorized model. Now allows all family members to use the mount vs only those who felt strong enough to lower it.

We recently remodeled our Living Room and chose a MantleMount motorized TV bracket that we love. The TV really looks best in the position above the mantle, but for watching television it's much nicer to have it lower. The fact that we can push the M1 button to bring the TV exactly where we want it and then return it to home when we're finished is very nice

The MM 815 is very sturdily built and overall of excellent build quality. The mount performs exactly like advertised. The instructions are ok but probably only 8 out of 10.

Solved the “TV too high” conundrum effectively and elegantly

The MM540 was a great purchase. I had an electric fireplace with a mantle above and the only place to put the TV based on the layout of our living room was above the fireplace. This mount really helped make it work. Being able to pull the TV down to almost eye level while we sit on the couch is great. No neck strains or getting tired of looking up. The install is easy enough as long as you have the right tools. The mount is decently heavy though so make sure you have help mounting it. I would recommend this to anyone as long as you get it on sale.

We have had our MantelMount installed for about 3 months now, and we are loving it. It was fairly easy to install on our own, the directions and videos provided really helped. My only request is that we didn't purchase and install this first because I have holes to patch from our previous mount. :D

I love my Mantel mount. I’ve never liked having my TV above the fireplace but they’re just aren’t any other options in my living room where I could see it properly. So when I had to get a new tv I went even bigger than what I had and got a 77 inch. And I was thinking, it would be perfect if it were right in front of the fireplace. Why don’t they make a melt like that? So I did a search and found this! The only thing I wish is that I’d sprung for the extra and gotten the remote/motorized one. Even though, it’s really easy to pull out and down.

Excellent product. Sturdy. Worth the expense. I no longer get a stiff neck watching TV.

We have been doing some renovations to our living room and fireplace. Of course it isn't done as no construction project gets done done on time, but our fireplace is complete. By moving our TV over the fireplace and our 10' ceilings we had to mount the TV higher than is comfortable to actually watch TV. This mount solved that problem by allowing us to move the TV down. We also bought the recess box so the TV was more flush to the wall. We are happy customers!

This device is a quality product. Does everything for which it is designed. The instructions are not written very well. Allot is left for the installer to figure out on their own. Can't find well written documentation anymore.

Would buy it again.

It took my wife and I about 5 hours to install. We took our time and repositioned the TV a couple times on the bracket. But it was worth the effort.
