It's been an interesting adjustment so far. Kind of glad I purchased it. It will enlighten you're butt pucker and leave one asking why Didn't I purchased it when my daughters were potty training. Note "gentle cycle only" potty training. Cheers.

Love this. In an era where we had to horde toilet paper this is a lifesaver. I am not great at handywork however this was super easy to install. I even was able to hook up the hot water and I did it in less than an hour. And now swearing.

NEO 185 Plus is Great. Replaced both seat and bidet with Luxe products. Very happy and quite impressed with the Luxe Customer Service. Needed longer cold water hose. Called them and the Rep sent it out immediately. No charge.

Fitted outside USA
Works well once installed. Hose could be about 20cm longer for valves fitted on the opposite side of the controls. Also the T piece supplied doesn't fit outside of North America so you have to buy another one. (15mm 3 way)
