Although the bidet is pretty universal, it doesnt seem to be made for my specific toilet. The actual bidet body doesnt fit well under my toilet seat and we had to buy bumpers to lift the seat up, which isnt ideal and has left a weird gap. Also, the hose that was included was not long enough to fit around my toilet. Luckily, the Luxe service people were amazing and sent me a longer hose, free of charge. After all the drama, it works decent and im loving the bidet.

Excellent product but I would love if you include 1/2” T adapter because the in my country are diferent types of pipelines.

The Neo Luxe 120 bidet is everything I wanted. It was easy to connect and was assembled quickly. It's simple use is perfect for the price. The spray nozzle pressure can be adjusted from the water valve for your preference. Well worth the purchase.

Great bidet!! I’ve purchased 6 over the years. VERY easy and fast installation. Been using them for several years and they’ve all stood the test of time.

The bidet is great once we got it installed! Shipping from Amazon was fast and the instructions for installing it were very clear but it would not work with our toilet seat because it dips down quite a bit where the nozzles sit. Had to swap it for a flat not concave seat and then it was great.

Ordering was simple and easy, delivery was fast, installation was the same as the ordering and delivery. The package could come with toilet seat spacers, but the instructions explained well enough and instead of installing it in the main bathroom, it ended up in our ensuite, which is fine by me. I feel like I'd been living as a savage until now. Its quite comfortable and I have no idea why I didnt get one of these sooner. 10/10

Easy to install, no need for specialized tools . It works perfectly

My only regret is not ordering one sooner. I especially like that it lifts upwards with hinges to make it easy to clean the toilet bowl. I do suggest that the controls should be further from the toilet seat, as someone too much overweight would be sitting on them.

This bidet is truly marvellous and is heads and tails over just a cold water version. We are loving it and find it a pleasure to go to the bathroom! Can’t say enough about this purchase……wish I could buy one for everyone!! 😊❤️
