As an American, I remain a European at heart when it comes to having a bidet in each of my bathrooms. As we all encounter unexpected accidents, and the fact that we all age, this device is a necessity in a bathroom. I recently installed a Luxe Bidet whift 320 in my guest bathroom. I must say I am very pleased with the product for several reasons. The device was easy to install. For cleaning purposes around the toilet, the seat on the bidet is easily detachable. The added bonus on this device is the lemon peel sent bottles on the side, giving my guest, the luxury and comfort of using my bathrooms. I highly recommend this product!

Seriously, using a bidet is one of the best ways to stay clean and hygienic, no matter your age. One of the best things about Luxe bidets is how easy they are to install. You really don’t need to be an expert; if you’re a DIY enthusiast, you can handle it! I’ve tried both the regular and warm water bidets, and my family simply adores them. Luxe has done an amazing job of improving their bidets over the years. One cool change is that they switched from plastic T-connectors to metal ones, which makes them more durable and reliable. And the Neo Plus model? It has these new fittings that make cleaning super easy—no need to take the bidet off the seat! During the COVID-19 pandemic, we felt really lucky to have our bidet. It took away all the stress about toilet paper shortages! I can’t recommend this product highly enough for anyone looking for a cleaner and more enjoyable bathroom experience. Give it a try; you might just love it!

After 6 years of enjoying my Neo 120, I decided to UPGRADE to the new Whift 120. Thanks for the quick delivery and super easy installation (I'm 74 years old). The included lemon scent is very pleasant. I stuck with Luxe because they make a quality product, and their customer service is great. Happy to add a some plush to my flush with the Whift 120.

Just recently purchased the Neo 320 model hinged for ease of cleaning. Fairly easy to install. Some drilling through vanity cabinet to reach the hot water line. Well worth the effort to have warm water. So far, works very well. Have only had it for 2 days but expect to be really satisfied. Purchased from Amazon. ca and it arrived in 2 days

I've experienced rear-end issues my whole life. Specifically, I suffered from an itchy and irritated area. I recently purchased my 1st bidet and . . . my gosh has it been a game changer! I now have two movements a day and no longer suffer from ANY caboose issues. No more itchy butt!! Do not hesitate to purchase one, you'll love it!

We love it!! The water temperature control and that it is male/female is super. The only thing is that I’m not sure how durable it will be as the control is made of plastic. So it’s great!!!

Bought two and Installation was easy, took about 20 minutes each. The product is of very good quality. I highly recommend getting one or two.

I have 3, a 185, 180 and I think 120. One in each of the two bathrooms and 1 in the motorhome. We love them all. Got my daughter 2 and convinced 3 friends that each bought 2. Should be getting royalties. Just buy it. The installation is plug and play takes about 30 minutes for the first one about 15 minutes for each one after that.

First of all, the installation was a breeze! No problems at all. And because I have some semi-serious gastro issues that cause my BMs to be quite messy most of the time, I have been using wipes rather than toilet tissue for a couple of years now and was relieved to finally make that change. But having a bidet is even 1000% better! Not only do I not have to change the bag in my wastebasket every day anymore, but I get and feel SO much cleaner afterward. And I even enjoy the tingle of the water spraying on my sensitive area when I use it. I also purchased a water filter not long after purchasing my bidet which took less than five minutes to add between the hoses. But, when I thought about why I would need filtered water to clean after using the toilet when I use the same tap water on the same area AND the rest of my body when I shower, I sent an email to Luxe's amazing CSR, Theo, with whom I had already corresponded several times, and he explained that the filter wasn't so much for my benefit as it was for that of the bidet, due to possible mineral build-up and clogging in case my home had hard water. Well, I soon determined that I don't, so I won't be purchasing additional filters in the future. But having the information that Theo gave me was extremely helpful in not only alleviating my puzzlement over the need for a filter, but also saving me the cost of additional filters that I won't be needing. You know you're dealing with a reputable and ethical company when their representatives inform you that you don't need to put money in their pockets to purchase an item from them that you don't need. But the bidet itself has been a game changer. Now, I almost look forward to using the toilet, regardless of the usual outcome, knowing that when I'm done, the bidet will be a little treat to clean me up afterward. I only wish I had had one all my life rather than only now in my twilight years. I truly love having it.
