I am sleeping very well at night now.

This is our third Lull mattress for our cabin. We love them. Wouldn't have anything else.

I bought your original mattress and owned it for around 7-8 years. I was so amazed at the fact that you guys called me after purchasing the first one and asked how it was. After talking you sent me the topper and it was heaven after that. Not long ago i decided it was time for a new bed and without hesitation I ordered what you offered as the top of the line and I’m thinking I messed up and should’ve gotten the original again. My wife isn’t sleeping and is waking up extremely sore every day. We feel every movement from each other and I just kept telling my wife we have to break it in. Well we’re 30 days in and it doesn’t seem to be getting better. Hoping that changes. Maybe need another topper? Not sure but…. we hurt.

I received my bedframe without the studs to hold the angles together. I emailed about one month ago. They still have not gotten back to me or sent me new pieces or refunded me for the bedframe very disappointed in this brand. I bought them them before and they were OK That their customer service is not good.

I’m a new customer to Lull. I wanted to try out both the latex and original pillows! I also purchased bedding(sheets). The pillows didn’t work. I was able to return them with no problems until this last pillow. There was a conflict of communication as I was asked if I would accept up to half off the pillow instead of returning it. I declined and asked for a return label. I never received the label so I called customer service again and was told I wasn’t able to return it since I’ve maxed out on returns. I have a case # which stated I could return it. I’m still waiting for the return label and this will be my last time ever dealing with Lull.

The mattress gives me back aches

We upgraded our 10 year old Casper mattress because my wife and I were both waking up throughout the night, sweating and uncomfortable. We would then wake up with back and shoulder pain and feel lousy from interrupted sleep. I’m mostly a side sleeper, but would find myself also on my back or stomach. My wife is mostly a back sleeper. Now, with our new Luxe Premium Hybrid Mattress, we sleep through the night and wake up feeling great! No sweat. No pain. Whenever I think of going to bed now, I get a smile on my face as I know how comfy I’m going to be, and how well I’m going to sleep. That’s more than worth the cost of this fantastic mattress. Thanks, Lull, for making our life better!

The matress was supposed to be a king size and it fits small on my bed. So far i am having a horrible experience with this mattress and it hurts that it was so expensive.

only had 3 out of the 4 lockpins within the box and inserted within the bedframe parts, emailed them 3 weeks later they told me that i needed to call anyway even though they link there email for support specific reasons only to get redirected along while later, accidents happen but i'd hope things get double checked before shipping, good otherwise. .

I would like a refund on the mattress
