The bed i got is so uncomfortable and the edges arent firm at all. Feels like im going to fall off when i sit on it or lay near the edge

I bought this mattress because I loved my best friends so much. Cost was great for a first time buyer - arrived to my new apartment within two days - and I was sleeping in it within 24 hours!

This was our first time purchasing a mattress online, and it has quickly become our favorite! It was easy to set up, made with great quality, and has just the right amount of firmness for us. I used to wake up multiple times during the night with back pain, but now I sleep soundly through the night with no issues. Highly recommend!

The bed is definitely not the size that I ordered. I have a king bed and I was sent an apparently it’s a California king. It doesn’t fit in my bedframe. The top cover is bulky in a couple of spots. It just won’t lie flat and you can feel it when you’re laying on it. We’ve tried stretching it out, and it still is not lying flat in a couple of spots. I’m including photos of how it does not fit in my bedframe. The bed itself is not as comfortable as I thought it would be, but I was told to send you photos of the lumpy spots and how it fits in my frame about possibly swapping it out for a King and take it from there.

return policy is horrible. Do not want bed and have to wait 30 days to try and return it. The measurements are off. I sent in pictures to be denied causes they did not like my pictures. I have to call back on Monday to TRY and start a new return. Hope they make good on that
