I am very happy with my new mattress from lull. I also would recommend it to anyone. However I would like to not get anymore emails from them as I don’t plan on buying any more mattresses!!!
Good customer service it just took a while for them to decide to help me by sending replacement after fed ex soaked my box and damaged my mattress
It took awhile to get replacement but it came eventually it was delayed by holidays

This company is a complete nightmare. Bought a bed said to ship over 3 weeks ago, got no notifications or anything about any delays, had to call for them for them to tell me it STILL has not shipped. I was supposed to RECEIVE the bed over a week ago, and it still has not shipped. Didn’t even have the curtsey to let me know unless I called. Trash company that I do not recommend to anyone.

Mattress was great but. . . A week after we purchased the mattress, we get an alert that they decided to have an even bigger sale which would've saved our family around another $100. In todays financial climate this would have been a huge savings for our one income household. When I emailed about the price discrepancy I simply received an email back for me to call them instead of them calling me trying to rectify the situation. Pretty bummed.
Where do I begin? This is my second purchase but the worst and shatter my confidence. Ordered a mattress, two weeks did not reciev. Watched it drive on a fedex truck all over the USA. Call Lull everyday for a week and they gave me the run around. FedEx reported the mattress is unable to be delivered. Fedex had it out on a truck for delivery with William. Fedex report the package return to warehouse. Lull reship another mattress Fedex drove it around again Fedex deliver after 3 days but did not actually deliver it. I cancel the order. Two weeks after lull call and said Fedex have the mattress and if i would accept the delivery, crazy! I told them they are mad. I slept in a chair for one month without a mattress because they screwed up and they did not hold fedex accountable. They did not compensate me, they said i had to pay for the mattress topper. Worst experience ever.
Love the service we received. They do have a good selection of different beds. So far we are liking our bed. The order came in a decent amount of time
Return fee is very hidden before purchasing. Charging customers to return bad product is absurd.
Everything went seamless from the time we ordered, until the time we received the frame and mattress to assembling and finally sleeping on it. Very comfortable sleep.
