Mattress sucks

Shipping was a bit of a mess with address confirmation. Took much longer than expected but the team was great once they identified the issue.

Instructions are detailed and shipping was quick.

I am very happy with my new mattress from lull. I also would recommend it to anyone. However I would like to not get anymore emails from them as I don’t plan on buying any more mattresses!!!

Good customer service it just took a while for them to decide to help me by sending replacement after fed ex soaked my box and damaged my mattress

It took awhile to get replacement but it came eventually it was delayed by holidays

I wrote an email about issues w our mattress and got an AI response telling me to call during business hours. Really? You can’t respond to an email? Other than that service has been good.

This company is a complete nightmare. Bought a bed said to ship over 3 weeks ago, got no notifications or anything about any delays, had to call for them for them to tell me it STILL has not shipped. I was supposed to RECEIVE the bed over a week ago, and it still has not shipped. Didn’t even have the curtsey to let me know unless I called. Trash company that I do not recommend to anyone.
