Shipping was fast

I separately ordered two beds, foundation, legs and mattress covers to go to two homes, one in Las Vegas the other in LA. The covers went correctly to each home but the bed, legs and the foundation did not. It was a nightmare to sort out where each of the items were going (all the information we were given was wrong) and how to return them and get them shipped to the right place. We were constantly told how their system did not handle two independent orders from one person (and they never did get the billing name/address correct). The people trying to help were all very nice but they were located in the Philippines and really did not know what was going on. I asked several times to be connected with their logistics team and was told that was impossible. The headboard was also not available now, which our son had gotten when he placed his order a year ago. So, we have to figure out how to attach headboards to the foundation. I know the bed will be comfortable since that is why we got it after trying out our son's bed but the pain of dealing with Lull has put me off any other purchases.

Love my mattress very comfortable and love the customer service they’re quick, friendly and efficient and very professional staff! I was also impressed by their packaging I was amazed how they compact a king size mattress in such a small box! Love Lull!

Love it back pain gone

The matress is a bit to firm for my liking. My husband likes it and won't let me return it. The pillows are a bit to soft.

Shipping was good, when product was first used it was very comfortable and I thought I finally found one that would last and be perfect. Threw years later and it's sagging, overly soft and no longer firm. Recommend not wasting money on this product. It appears the hype and how the product won't sag or loose firmness was just more smoke and mirrors like most manufacturers to sell a product at an inflated price

Well made super comfortable on the hips .great price .no shopping and sitting on beds .comes in a box easy to bring in by myself 50 yes old lady .this is the 2nd one I have bought. I love these mattresses
