Miss the bonus pens and nice packaging like in the old days. Also, why are you hiding the points on the item listings?? Seems sneaky.

First buy through shop app and was easy to do.

Excellent customer service and response time. I've already told my friends and family about the great customer service.

I would like a better choice of colours

Lovely items and arrived fast. Thanks

Love it

My new go-to packable. Love how strong this is for a packable bag. Filled it with all sorts including some fairly heavy loads and it’s no problem!

Did not take very long to arrive! Nice and careful packaging!

No surprises and great products.

Shipping is fast, the products are packed nicely so they stay safe. Nice amounts of updates.

Gave three stars only because the material is not durable—peels easily. However, every thing else about the bag is lovely. I liked it.

I really like it!

Satisfactory resolution but shipping is still delayed and confusing as carrier changes

Fast shipping and well packaged

Great service

Alway great customer service

Great product!

My purchase shipped in no time at all. I was impressed to receive it so quickly.

My bag delivery was held up in NJ, they sent me a message they were going to check into the problem and by the next week they arrived by Canada Post🇨🇦!
