Easy or ordering. Great products with beautiful and fun patterns.

Things were good

Delivered fast. Order was spot on.

Fast shipping loved my surprise treats !

My boxes came just fine and all was good.

Loved my items in the fall box.

I love this webbed strap! It’s so cute and feels very durable. TwinSauce x Lug is such a great collaboration!

In all my years of Lug shopping I have had only two warranty issues. This was a seam issue and they sent a replacement very quickly. Not my original color, but I like it. Live Life in Color.

Great products. Many perfect for travel.

I like the purse, it did take longer than expected to get it, but it arrived in good shape.

Very responsive service. I had an issue with my charm and they resolved it quickly without question.

Excellent

Great little bag - purchased for my daughter to take to dance on days she only needs 1 or 2 pairs of dance shoes. It’s a great length for this! Lots of extra pockets are great for snacks and other things she might need.

good size - lots of organization

Miss the bonus pens and pretty packaging, but all in all was shipped in good time etc. Dropped a star for sending these lovely crossbody's in a bag rather than a protective box. Feel they got a bit squashed.

Your customer service is awesome.
