Pleasantly surprised with the beige color! Quality is phenomenal, and I particularly love the built-in cooler for drinks. I can fit so much stuff in this purse. The customer service was easy and the shipping was very quick.

Always had a great experience when placing an order with lug. The only difficulty is choosing which bag, and which color/ design.

Eventually all worked out. The long strap was missing on this bag and after a few discussions with customer service, a replacement strap was shipped and received. Appreciate all your help!

Great bag sad to hear that shipping is now coming from Florida and there is no longer a location in Canada for distribution. Definitely takes much longer to get delivered, but still loving the products.
