Certainly works as good as any other dishwashing product that we have used, and a lot better than most. Very happy to support an Aussie business.

Over a month since I placed my order on Feb 3rd, which was confirmed with an order number. Have not received the product or responses to any of my emails dated 22nd, 26th February and 3rd March. Why?

Firstly the plus - the laundry sheets worked as well as my usual (name withheld) laundry detergent, on a "like for like" basis - same cycle, same laundry type and loads. Then the negatives. Firstly - don't bother to buy off their website, despite the slick marketing and constant "get this deal" opporotunities that are presented, just go to Coles or Woolies. The product is often on sale (typically 50% off), and you don't have to pay for "shipping insurance" (or whatever they called it) and "freight" etc. Secondly, I will be throwing away and eating the loss on their dishwasher sheets. Absolutely hopeless. Same wash cycle, same dishes - I have to wash everything at least twice, and sometimes even after that go back and do it by hand. I increased the heat, and length of the cycle - still couldn't do the job. So - they may be more "eco friendly" but even with more water and power - they still don't work - so don't bother. I like the idea - but the prouducts have to work - which they don't.

The laundry detergent sheets give a great wash, fresh n clean with a soft fragrance. Cheaper than what I was using and free of all those nasties. Happily recommend them to anyone :)

Stoked to support a local business doing good things for the environment. The products themselves are great, but both the glass and multipurpose the spray bottles have been frustrating to use. The trigger tends to get stuck — I get one decent spray and then it stops working. I often end up unscrewing the lid and tipping the detergent (glass or multi-purpose) onto a cloth to clean the surface. I emailed about this but haven’t received a reply yet. Would love to see the spray mechanism improved because the cleaning products themselves are really good.

Ordered the starter bundle and love all the products so far. Easy to use and actually work.

Thank you for a great product that really cleans and helps save bloody plastics from our environment! One issue for me is that the scent is overpowering, every time I go into the laundry it’s headache smell.

Got the dishwashing & Washing machine sheets both work as advertised but more impressed with the dishwashing results, lots of suds and a great clean.

I placed an ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. . I sent an email asking how long will it take for the delivery and no one replied. . . but received an email to review the product. . . How can someone review a product if they haven't received it. . . it's quicker to buy from the supermarket. .

Got the dish washing and laundry washing sheets. These products are ok. The scent for the laundry ones isn’t very strong. The sheets sometimes stick to inside the washing machine door. It’s nice knowing I’m using products that are non toxic but I do think the claims this company makes about them cleaning/washing better than your average products is false. Will I buy them again? Maybe. Are they better at cleaning then dish washing pods or laundry powder? No. Did I fall in love with these products? No.

We bought the starter pack since we were using the dishwashing sheets for a while and thought we'd try the other products, they are all pretty great, except the glass cleaner, it's far from streak free, using it leaves these marks on the glass, even when using the official lucent globe cloths as per the instructions, that's the only one disappointment from the kit, all the other items work excellent, 10/10

Laundry sheets left no smell in my clothes I used 2 sheets in half a load. Dishwasher sheets are ok though.

I bought the general purpose cleaning sheets, dishwasher sheets and laundry sheets back in August 2025. It seems like a great idea to reduce all the plastic packaging especially the large laundry detergent bottles. The laundry sheets do not work, any clothes that have body odour smell do not smell clean after washing, even once dry. I complained to loosen glow, but apparently you can’t get a refund once you’ve opened the packaging. That doesn’t make sense to me if the product is not working as it should. I have experimented with using more sheets and hotter washers to no avail and I was just told to do that when I’ve already explained that that’s what I’ve done. The general purpose and dishwasher sheets work well. So I’m not just a whiny customer!

Have the dishwasher and washing machine sheets. Smell great and dishes have been spotless and washing fresh and clean.

I purchased both your dishwasher sheets and booster, and your laundry sheets. these products are fantastic! The cleaning power is awesome, I’m super impressed and will be purchasing other products on my next order, really happy to be lightening my plastic footprint also 😊😊

This website is ridiculous. I've been trying to checkout for 10 minutes. It takes multiple clicks to avoid the SNEAKY subscription, then there's the $2. 99 shipping protection that I can't get rid of. I then went to a computer and get a too many login attempts error even though it's my first login attempt. This message would have gone to customer service email if there was one. Goint to another brand now.

The commercial tablets didn't dissolve in the dishwasher at lower temperatures, leaving an ugly mess. Your sheets had no problem. Thanks for your innovation. Truly appreciate it
