These detergent sheets caused an error code on my dishwasher by not fully rinsing out. There were bubbles left in the bottom. I had to run another cycle with no detergent after I reset my dishwasher. They aren't working out for me.

The dishwasher sheets are fantastic

This Company is a scam. Paid for my products and have waited for over 4 weeks since supposed dispatch. Have filed mutiple inquiries as to what’s happened and requesting a refund and am yet to receive a single reply other than an autogenerated reply.

Be careful, on first purchase as a once off, they charged us again a few months later, claiming we signed a prescription, we did not. On researching many others have had the same problem. slow response, want me to pay to send back, dont trust this brand anymore.

The laundry sheets are effective and pleasant smelling. So easy to use. First time I’ve tried them, my daughter in law uses your products and recommended them to me. I’ve also tried the foaming hand wash and dishwasher sheets.

I haven't tried all the products yet, but so far the hand soap, toilet cleaner & Dishwasher sheets have been awesome! I'm ordering more soap and dispensers straight away!

I am still waiting 8weeks later for a refund for a product I didn’t want and they refused to cancel. They have also now stopped replying to emails chasing up the refund.

Your dishwasher sheets are amazing!!! I only have a small dishwasher (only my husband and I, so takes breakfast, lunch and dinner to get 2/3 full). For not full loads I used 1/3 sheet and the dishes, glasses, cutlery came out sparkling clean!! No streaks, no residue! Beautiful! Spreading the word - best product ever!!

You’ve got these ads everywhere with two young guys and their Aussie company and you think, I want to support home grown companies. So I bought some of their stuff. Put in another order when all the new laundry scents came out. Every scent. We are still working through the first box. Cut to a couple of months later and I get a notification that I have made another purchase , which overdrew my account, because no one has money for things they don’t need. Immediately contacted Lucent Globe. 3. 30pm on a week day, out of office. I get a message the next day saying that I must have ‘inadvertently pressed the subscription button’. Pretty sure I didn’t but can’t really prove that, can I? Also, orders can’t be cancelled once placed. Australia company but can get onto them during business hours and they can’t cancel an order??? So, I would say BE CAREFUL with these guys. If you go to purchase, check and check again that you haven’t inadvertently selected something you didn’t want, because they will eagerly take your money and apologize for not being able to help you. I won’t be making the mistake again.

Great products. Very impressed with the dishwasher sheets plus booster when required. Purposely placed a very dirty crockpot in dishwasher which never comes out completely clean . . . . added booster and WOW completely clean. Multipurpose cleaner great for benches and foam handwash also a hit. Love the containers provided for cleaner and handwash.

Quick delivery, great product & service

I love the idea of these, but after 6 months of persevering I'm a little disappointed in the cleaning efficacy of the Washing Sheets. They definitely struggle to get rid of stubborn dirt like my usual detergent would remove. If I give things a spray before hand then it's more effective, but you don't always see those little marks and end up having to re-wash too many items after the load. My dishwasher tablets have been pretty good, nort quite as good as my pods but I am determined not to use the chemicals, so rinsing my dishes well before they go in.

Ok must admit I was sceptical but am really surprised by the results the sheets are great in the washing machine . . . love it. Oh and as a side note small boxes compared big boxes is also great when you live in an apartment and are tight on space!!

Long delivery & zero communication! Ordered on Nov 15th… it took two weeks to get a shipping notification – in between there had been nothing! Now here we are December 1st for delivery! Apart from the notification (one) that the package was packed and dispatched (more than two weeks after the order was placed). There was nothing in between so no tracking updates & zero notification that it was arriving/out for Delivery!! I don’t care how good the product is, I won’t be ordering again. PS in the meantime, I ordered something from the US I received that over 10 days ago and yet we can’t get something within Australia in less than three weeks!!?? The lack of communication is the biggest issue plus the time delay for packaging and Delivery (can’t blame Australia Post for this one because it took them two weeks to even dispatch!).

I love the smell and performance of the laundry sheets. Gets everything clean, even my husbands smelly work clothes. The toilet sheets are great . Really clean the toilet ,leaving it smelling fresh. The dishwasher sheets clean really well. Even dirty pots that haven't been rinsed. Overall the products are economical and clean as promised.

Absolutely thrilled with products , as I live alone my orders will be used as frequently as my needs are to b met , will b excited to try other than laundry/dishwashing products , thankyou and good luck to u awesome ppl for changing my habits after a very long life of harmful product use
