Great product and great service

I personally didnt like this product because everytime I ues for dishwashing there is always something left behind in my dishes. I like the concept of sheets but i feel dishes are not clean enough that I thought i wiuld be like of Finish tablet.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. It’s been some weeks now but nothing. I hope I get it soon.

I ordered the starter bundle about 6 weeks ago. I loved all their products only issue I had is one of the spray bottles stopped working after 2 weeks😩

I was led to believe that the cost was $32 for a box of dishwasher sheets but got charged $42, supposedly free shipping and 52% discount birthday sale. Does that mean the full price would have been more than $80? Never again will I be buying anything from this site!

Your products are fine, but what makes it really hard for me to take you seriously about being on a mission to save the planet are 2 things. 1 - your product is made in China. That alone increases your carbon footprint. 2 - your packaging. If you were serious about your business being environmentally conscious and you were out to save the planet blah blah your packaging would be made from 100% recycled cardboard and non toxic dyes. NOTHING about your packaging is recycled and/or non toxic. Its made from cardboard that is made from logging. How can you say logging forests is responsible as it says on your packaging.

Whilst they are cost effective, easy to use, the cleaning power is not as good. It does clean but leaves a lot of subone stains and usually needs an extra wash. Compared to other brands savings are only cost, there doesn't appear to be any other reason fir purchase.

The theory of using these sheets sounds great so I took the plunge and bought the Laundry and Dishwashing sheets. They arrived quickly and I first tried one laundry sheet in a standard wash. I was very disappointed with the results. Marks and smudges my normal Laundry Liquid would have removed was still there after the was. There was no scent left on my laundry at all. I wanted to persevere so the next wash. . . a half wash, I used 2 sheets and got the same result. Not good! I then tried the Dishwasher sheets. I placed one sheet in the dispenser and started my normal wash. At the end, my cutlery and crockery didn't look like it had been washed at all. I tried again with 2 sheets. This time, so many suds formed that my dishwater leaked over my kitchen floor but contents were still NOT clean. I also tried handwashing (both laundry and dishes) but was not impressed. I always felt safe to try these sheets as there is a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (allegedly) so I followed the instructions and emailed Support explaining my issues and requesting a refund. One week later, no response. . I did receive an email from LG asking me to submit a Review so I emailed back asking what was happening with my refund, no response. A further week later I emailed Support again asking for an update. Again, no response. No Customer Service and seemingly, care-factor zero. Please save your money and DO NOT BUY from this business. If I could award zero stars I would.

I like the idea of what Lucent Globe dishwasher sheets are trying to do, but I don’t find them effective in the cleaning side. Majority of my dishes come out still dirty which means I need to rewash which costs me more time and the use of more water

Sorry guys, just not cutting it for me. . . . Dishwasher: I'm having to use 4 sheets per wash, and it's *still* leaving pots and pans dirty, glasses cloudy and some plates a bit grubby. It may be non-toxic, but it really is naff at getting food off compared to big brand tablets. Laundry: Again, I'm having to use more sheets, and it feels like a false economy. Clothes are clean, but i woldn't say they smell particularly fresh or nice. I persevered rather than requesting a refund, but I would not buy these again. Rubbish.

I wish I loved this product. . . I wanted to! The idea of supporting an Aussie business and something that is better for the environment was extremely appealing however when I used the dishwashing sheets, my dishes looked shocking! It doesn't clean heavily soiled dishes, even on the most intense cycle. It leaves the dishes spotty, and cloudy and overall, just not clean :( I have to wash them again by hand afterwards. I even tried to give my dishwasher a good clean, thinking maybe that would help, but it didn't. I'm so disappointed.

I am so pleased that your company has taken the initiative to lower the plastic foot print of cleaning products whilst maintaining the efficacy of the detergents. Your products are ahead of their time, and I can only hope that others follow in your footsteps. Great product, great price.

A little disappointed that the clothes don't smell fresh after washing. I even air-dry them outside in the wind.

I almost got locked into a renewing order for the hand wash sheets but hopefully that’s is cancelled. I used three sheets in my handwashing bottle instead of the recommended one and the soap mixture is still watery and ineffective. The dishwasher sheets do not remove stains from teacups and leave an opaque film on the glasses . They might be better for our health but unfortunately so not clean very well.

Loving the laundry sheets. Cleans clothes just as good if not better, no mess, supply for months due to size of packaging/product and no chemicals! I need to try fabric softener sheets, not because clothes need softening but more for a stronger fresh smell. I’ll definitely keep using

So far so good. Will continue using both, just started with toilet sheets as well. And all is good so far.

I will definitely keep using these sheets. No mess with powders. Both do a great job.
